Homemade Chicken Boullion

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups nutritional yeast

  • 1/3 cup salt

  • 2 tbsp ground black pepper

  • 1/4 cup garlic powder (occasionally I will add an additional 1-2 tbsp)

  • 1/4 cup dried oregano

  • 1/4 cup onion powder

  • 1/4 cup dried rosemary

  • 1/4 cup dried basil

  • 1 pinch of thyme

Here is How to Make It!

  1. Combine all ingredients into a large food processor.

  2. Blend until the ingredients have become well combined and resemble a fine, ground powder.

Notes:

  • If you do not have a large food processor, a blender will also work.

  • Utilize 1 tbsp of the chicken boullion powder for every cup (8oz) of water.
